Default Hey people with the 9145 bulbs in the fogs.

Did you ever realize a 9006 fits prefect and ever used it. Does the different wattage melt the wiring just wondering i know it works but havent tried. BTW 9006 is like 55-60 watts 9145 is 40.

I ran 9006 in the fogs for about 3-4 months before I traded truck off and no problems whatsoever.

NO!! plain and simple

i have talked to PIAA and sylvania and this is a direct quote from both......

"We do not currently carry a replacement nor do we see it in the future, to be blunt the bulb just sucks."

Kinda wierd, sylvania says that seeing as they make the factory bulb to begin with!
