Default Help choose next upgrade

I have a 04 Tahoe 4X4 with a 5.3. I've got a couple mods done already just looking for which should be next.

mods done:
DJM drop 3/5
Corsa cat-back
Auburn unit w/ stock gears(3.73)
E3 plugs
Accel wires
Volant CAI

I'm thinking about getting a Tune next. After that I'm not sure what to do.
Maybe a trans and converter, headers (long tube), or perhaps something else. How about giving me some ideas?

What are your long term goals? If you map it out now, you can upgrade things in an order that you won't have to change again later on.

I just want to do a couple of appearance mods and some basic performance mods. I definetly think a tune is the next step. I'm also leaning towards a street/strip trans and a better converter. This truck is my d.d. so I'm looking to go crazy.

Tune, longtubes, cam, converter, shift kit and servo's, get your wallet ready

Oh yea, I'd ditch the E3 plugs, everything that I've heard about them has been negative, go with some Delco's or NGK's...just my .02

tune, headers and then trans, converter and lastly cam. You've moved in the right direction so far, keep up the good work on that hoe

thanks for all the comments. Now I know which direction to go next. Which long tube headers should I go with? Fitment is key I don't really want to have to dent primaries or cut and re-weld collectors. As far as the E3 plugs I already have them so I'll give them a shot. Next time around I'll go with some NGK's. Do the e-fans make a noticeable difference? Maybe when I do the headers over the summer I'll throw on the e-fans.
