How long did it take you to replace the heater core?

Gel built up, yes. It take me 4 hours to finish

I stayed in post #10 that I had help replacing my heater core but I forgot to say how long it took.

It took us about 4 hours to finish, but it also took about 2 hours to start.
So two guys, one under the hood who needed instruction, about six hours.
