Default Which head should i use?

Well to get started I have a 1994 Chevy K 1500 with a 5.7 350 throttle body injected in it everything on the truck is stock I wanted to swap out my cylinder heads but for my truck I don't know exactly what heads I should swap to or have any ideas as to where to start a few months ago I was able to get a hold of L92 cylinder heads off of a 2007 Cadillac Escalade 6.2. Now I don't know if the cylinder heads that I have would be able to fit on my truck so I'm looking for any ideas that you have or anybody has as to the direction that I should go with the cylinder heads now what I would like to do with the motor I would like to swap the cylinder heads I would like to put a different cam in the truck I'm just not sure where I should start any help to kind of point me in the right direction would be so greatly appreciated thank you so much guys

Nothing is the same between an old school small block 350 and the LS engine.

Those cylinders will not work.

Most guys tend to swap to 96-99 vortec 350 cylinder heads or go aftermarket aluminum cylinder heads from a vendor. I'm not that up to date on what all there is for those old 350's but I'm sure you'll find a lot that can be done.

You are limited by the fuel system too. The TBI fuel system can't really be "tuned" so going to a carb isn't a bad idea.

Yep the L31 Vortec Heads from 96 to 2000. If you are going with a higher lift camshaft have the stud bosses machined down and threaded for screw in studs and guide plates. They have 64cc chambers that will boost compression ratios to 9.5:1
