you know, story aside, think about the magnitude of just how bad a corporation is when you hear nothing but complaints, in all their storefronts. I mean one particular store is bad and can be blamed on the local management, when it is nationwide...WOW, that is certainly the President/CEO's doing. That'd explain why he is stepping up.

You guys in AZ have easier carry laws than us....way easier. Stupid Maryland..

There would definately be some heads rollin if that were me. Personally, it could be seven guys, and sure, i might go down.....but i can tell you there would be at least four guys rolling around on the ground with broken knees and/or thier nuts floating in thier stomachs. That **** burns me up, especially the part about them coming to his house at night and reposessing it. Someone comes onto MY property and steals MY **** better be packin and wearing kevlar.

Thats some crooked s**t lemme tell ya with all the cars i got. I would be puttin some lead in someones @$$. You wanan talk about crappy carrying laws, try living in southern california. you cant carry a poket knife without the cops drawin down on you. I'll tyell you what if they tried to block me in. i would just run there asses over, and just say that they must have been too short and i couldnt see them over my hood
and they would believe me, cause working at a car dealer you would have to assume they are not stupid enough to stand in front of a moving vehicle.... and even if they did think i saw them, they would have to explain why they were infront of my vehicle to begin with....

Sent this to my brother, who's an attorney. Basically said this is a lawyer's dream, and that at first glance the arbitration agreement wouldn't necessarily be a factor. He wouldn't go after them for breach of contract, but rather for conversion (i.e., stealing the car). Punitive damages would be a likely outcome. The dealer would not be helped by the fact that they have a reputation for this. Juries LOVE to grill businesses that do this kind of ****.

Local attorneys are prolly frothing at the bit in hopes an unlucky customer walks through the doors. This is a hands down deal. You STOLE WHAT? There's no other claim to be made. They stole the mans truck and got caught. My brother(a cop) said he'd be lookin' for people to arrest for that part if nothing else. We still can't believe the prosecutors' response. They need removal in a big way. Money talks to them too much.
