Have you seen this?

I suspect this situation has touched off legal action like Bill Heard has never seen and he may feel this one where it really hurts... in his wallet!
In Florida, if you "catch" a tow truck operator loading your vehicle, you can basically shoot first and kill them so no questions are asked. Yes, you might be arrested, but you'll have a good chance at exoneration because all you knew was someone was stealing your expensive property and you were protecting it. I wouldn't suggest doing this, but I know a few drivers who'll try hard to get them while nobody sees it, just to avoid something like... DEATH!
Also, if they are loading it and you confront them and tell them to drop the vehicle, they must. That is something a tow company owner told me.
Problem here though... Bill Heard is selling, STEALING and reselling vehicles... evidently as NEW, which is illegal once a contract has been signed and the vehicle has been delivered(driven off the lot). So(if true) they're breaking 2 laws. First, stealing, then even trying to resell as new.
And to claim there was merely a mistake in the paperwork because they'd just NEVER sell one for less than it's worth... and then BLAMING the customer by stating he or she knew there was a mistake and shouldn't have taken the offer... That's just plain BS. If I go in and get an offer of $8,100 plus my trade worth what I would think is $500, meaning the new vehicle would cost me only $8,600.00 all said and done, and I knew they commonly sold for 23K or more... Of course I'd buy it. I'd think myself a FOOL to do anything else.
I hope more people see this and Bill Heard is forced to either do what's right every time, or stop selling vehicles altogether. At this point, the entire company should be looked at and possibly shut down completely. 'Cept that will cost thousands of jobs and that sucks for the other employees.

If they blocked my car in with my kids still in it and tried to take it back, they would have to call the cops...to talk me into taking the gun out of one of the employees mouths
