Default Has anyone tried this guage?

I found this new Autometer guage that is supposed to measure hp, g forces, 0-60, 60-0 and 1/4 mile times. Has anyone ever heard anything about it? I know Autometer is a leader in the guage industry so I'm assuming it's pretty good.

Not trying to burn here, just curious but have you tried or seen the autometer units? It just seems you are putting it down, and I have yet to have an autmeter unit be anything less than sellar in performance. Although that other one does seem a bit more enticing, as it can do a few other things.

Tried them and I sell them everyday!! Im not downing Autometers products. Have you seen the line of Nexus gauges? That is quite a setup although it is expensive. Very cool concept and setup!! The accuracy of that DPIC just isnt there. I think the GTECH is mroe accurate. Some of the other guys that were checking it out at work thought it was better. But the times on the DPIC were way off when compared to the GTECH. Cool idea nonetheless, but I think youd be better off buying an FJO wideband or that scan gauge.

Ok thats cool, thanks for letting me know!!!! I'm glad you spoke up, because my friend back home was looking at buying one , and I mentioned to him to hold off!!! BTW, how much do the autometer ones run? The other ones you showed seemed a hell of alot better anyways, as they could do more!

Stylin concepts list the Autometers for around 190-200 (if I remember correctly).

Thanks for the input.

I've considered the DPIC before. I like it because it looks alot cleaner when it's installed compared to other performance aquiring gauges. However, I've heard the accuracy of it isn't very good. I guess it's up to you.
