Thumbs up Got My Hemi Race Lined up

I know this topic has been beat to death a thousand times over, but I finally have my race lined up. This Wed night at Gainesville Raceways I'll be taking on an 03 RCSB 2wd Hemi. We are meeting up before the race here in Jacksonville to pull the same amount of weight off each truck, and even ensure that they have the same amount of gas in the tanks.

We both have free mods, but his free mod allowed him to pull a wire and disable torque management. His truck rips now!

Oh well, if I loose maybe Scream will whoop him in his cammed 4.8! We will get video, but I'm not sure if I can get it posted. I only have a VHS camera.

seeing red again,
according to some of the dodge sites, that tranny mod is worth half a second. watch out..

this friday night at the track, there were 2 hemi rcsb's, one with nitrous, and the other with a supercharger, the nitrous one ran a 15.2 with headers, intake exhaust, and slicks, and a 13.3 with the squeeze, according to him it was only a 100-125. the charged one ran 13.8, but dont know any other mods,

oh and there was a 02 sierra that had a programer and exhaust that beat the hemi, 15.0 to 15.2,

There is nothing you have to worry about! My buddy raced an 04 hemi rcsb with a 2000 rcsb 5.3 sportside 3.73 g-80.
The hemi was running with no muffler and with a yellow wire pulled outta his computer box(must be torque management) I know this cause he asked us if we knew what that did. (I know now!!)
2 times the chevy gave him clearance and from a running start the hemi stayed at the rear bumper. I have this recorded on a 8mm camcorder and have no idea if it can be posted.

I agree! They were crying whenever they saw Chingon had his 4.10s and an eaton. If that hemi is as fast as they think it is then they should leave it completely stock.

Kick his *** SRA!

Actually, the 03's are the only ones having any luck with pulling the wire. The 04's are different and don't benefit. From what I know, the torque management wire pull only helps the 03's from a dig.
I haven't pulled mine yet.
