Im excited as hell, can't wait to start putting the rest of it together this weekend.

I rebuild my first engine at the kitchen table, my mom talk about that till she passed away(but she never got mad about it)

Very nice! BTW, I've found that the best lighting is in the kitchen, but an LQ9 in your dining room makes for a great conversation piece ...

yeah i actually will be doing the rest of it in the living room. My 6.0 sat in my living room too for about a month before it put it in, with oil and coolant dripping out of it the whole time, lol.

I really wish i had a garage......


Oh and for what else is going in it, Patriot stage 3 LS6 heads, LS6 intake, and probably a comp 244/248 cam. I've also got a nitro daves plate kit on the truck right now which i will be spraying on the 408. Im not going for anything crazy, just looking for low 11's.

May have to head down to Panama City when you get done and watch that thing run.. sounds like its going to be a beast..
