Default good run with GT

last night i was cruising around the big town of San Angelo TX when i pulled up beside a newer GT mustang. he was running different exhaust sounded like flow's. we both left the light on a role until about 10 or so then we both went wide open. i imedialty pulled until his front bumper was about mid truck until he shifted to 2nd gear and the he was at the back of the fender well on the bed. we stayed like this until we hit about 60 then he started gaining it back and finaly when we hit about 80-85 he pulled ahead before having to back out due to the quickly upcoming light. i came rolling up to the light thinking maybe i would talk to him to make sure it was a good run but no as soon as it hit green he was gone again, before i could even get up beside him. i think he was mad because his girl was kinda laughing at him

before anyone says anything i know he should have killed me atleast smoked the hell out of me but i think he thought it was going to be a slow turd instead of what he got. and plus he may have been a bad driver, i dont know but i was sure impressed with the way the nelson made red shift especailly when we shifted about the same time and i pulled on him during a shift. oh by the way what does a stock w/exhaust 03 GT run? my friend has one so i might try it agian but this time get it on video

those 03 stangs run in the mid 14's stock there 0 to 60 is around 6.0 never even heard of the older style ones runnin 13.7 stock I dont think thats realistic, now the 05 stangs are a different story.

the 03 run about 14.5 to 15 flat, and if your hopeing to run that at the track its possible but from a 10 to 15 mph roll it was closer for you because your rolling, to get the ecsb truck moving from a dead stop is a diff story not trying to rain on your parade but, i can race a heavier truck with the same hp and will run neck and neck from a roll.

i agree but i think he had to have had on of those wtf looks on his face when he was looking at the 22" rim rolling in front of him. i agree from a dig he would have ate me off the line but i still would have been at his bumper the whole way
