Default going to the track tonight

I decided to go see what the new setup will do. I think I'm going to have some major traction issues with these street tires, lol. Anyone want to take a guess on the times? mods in the sig.

i'd say mid-13s due to traction. roll into the throttle. don't stab it or else you'll have a nice 2.8 60'. haha.

They said 69 later tonight. Probably low 80's when I run. The launch is the only thing I'm worried about. I will have about 22 LBS. of air in the tires. I haven't been able to get a good launch on the street with the regular amount of air in the tires. It's more difficult than I thought to let off the brake and NOT stomp the gas, lol. I may try 1000 RPM first.

go just enough to load the drivetrain/suspension... roll in to the throttle but not too abrupt.

I run my street tires at about 17-18lbs and they hook fairly well, my stall just usually goes right through them...

stock tires suck ***
1st pass left at 1K, tires held, 2.090 60' & went 14.098 @ 98.60 MPH. 2nd pass left at 1.5K, tires held, 2.071 60' & went 14.061 @ 98.92 MPH. last pass left at 2k, tires let loose, 2.171 60' & went 4.098 @96.81 MPH.
I will need some tires if I'm going to keep racing at the track. I had fun and I did get beat up a new Mustang GT on all three passes, lol.
