A knock sensor harness extension as the gen4s have them low by the oil pan one on each side and a 58x to 24x converter for the crank signal. Lingenfelter has one i believe.

Also cam timing will have to be adressed as the gen3 is 1x and gen4 is 4x as well as sensor location. I knew someone made it just wasnt sure lol ^^^

The box will do the cam signal conversion as well.

Just need the extension harness to pick up the signal in front of the timing chain.

I believe it was the first ones that were an Issue. They re designed the case to make it more heat resistant. Here is a discussion on tech were Jason Chimed in about the module.
58t crank to 24t crank - LS1TECH

If you re wire the Truck to accept a newer PCM. but its not cheap , or easy. Just ask Smokeshow as he did it on one of his trucks. I asked him about it and he said never again. It was a Pain to make everything work.

I've used the Lingenfelter box before without issue, but this was last year so it was the newer style.
