I fought with them for almost 3 yrs in the 2nd accident. It took a while but it was worth it. Fought with the first for 3 months, while my car sat at the dealership and nobody touched it. I paid 3 car payments before they even started working on it. You are entitled to the loss of the value of your car. Its called accelarated depreciation of value. And $2500 for a rearend and u joint? $500 a a junkyard. They are screwing you over and you are letting them.
