Default Funny ****....

As you all probably know I just got me a new daily driver(Sunfire). Well I decide to join a J-body forum just to lear more about his car. I joined j-body.org and I came across some funny ****. But this just takes the cake. Btw, my handle overthere is fastgmc.

"How many of you would take on a` 03 Silverado?"
"With a 2.2? No way! With a 2.4? He's gonna get spanked!"

NO ******* way.... I have the 2.4l twin cam in my 4 door sunfire with no pw/pdl/sunroof.... probably the fastes config in the j-body and there is no way its as fast as my truck when it was stock....

well, i like how most think they can take almost every truck on the road. goes to show they don't get out of the ricer mags or to the track often.

i dunno thats pretty pathetic......

I swear its like the less cylinders the less brain power. You see threads like that in 4 cyl. boards across the country.

My friend used to have a j-body cavalier 2.2. For ***** and giggles he tagged along with the heavy chevy as we went to the track. We had decided to run his ****. I drove it down once, and mastered a 18.00 with a "cai". I'm tellin you, those things are a piece of junk, and he'll tell that too. Z24, etc. dont matter. They're like the most hopeless 4 cylinder motor available.

I just wish more guys like that were actually on the streets. They'd get hustled to the moon as long as they keep that perspective.

Thats pretty much one of the last economy cars I would ever lift a hood up with. If you ever see me in one of those pieces, its for one reason. gas economy. I'm actually considering a honda just for that to putt putt me around to the store.

A while back, I raced a 2003 Cavalier at a light in my dad's 5.4 Supercrew (it has a drop in K&N ). I think it was a 2003 becuase it was a little different than the cavaliers im used to seeing. (I dont know much about these cars ). Well he beat me off the line by about a lenght (those supercrews are freakin heavy ), but once it started moving, I started gaining on him. By about 90 his front bumper was at my rear bumper. I dont know if it was a 2.2 or 2.4 but I remember that it was yellow. Im leaning more to a 2.2 since it had wheelcaps. You guys judge on how fast those cars are.
