Default Fuel cell installed

Hey Kyle and Lance, I installed the 15 gal cell and DELETED the tow package. Had to take a blow torch to the receiver hitch that was welded in with numerous rigged support brackets. The previous owner who did this must have tried to learn welding from the install. What a mess! I lost atleast 30 pounds from just the hitch and brackets with 10 pounds of that being giant blobbed welds...
After numerous hours of cutting, grinding and alittle primer and paint on the endframe it's better, later today I'll mount the cannister filter and elec pump w/ AN8 lines to the front.
There's still a shot I'll get er done by Saturday!

Oh yea, I still have to drop the stock tank and lines too.
Are ya'll still going to the track Sat?

My dad will be running his Z06 too.

But... I don't know about the weather. Forecast shows thunderstorms for tomorrow.

We need pics!!. I have thought about going to a fuel cell only because my fuel sending unit is possessed and it would be cheaper to put a cell in then fix the factory unit.

Cool, thanks for the offer Lance. The trucks not gonna be racing today but the Firebird may if the weather cooperates.
If we don't race today because of rain maybe I'll finish the truck. I may need a hand dropping the old fuel tank. I spent alot of time last night pulling out the stock lines on the framerail. What a crappy job.
Talk to you later.

I'll take some pic's soon and try to post them. Yea, my sending unit was jacked too. I got a Jaz cell with 90 ohm GM sending unit. Atleast now I'll know my fuel level.
