Is the front alignment OK? My first thought was a bad shock but that's just a guess. Also, it's possible that the driver's side brake is sticking for some reason.

the alignment seems good. i have really needed an alignment with my truck. kind of strange since i've owed it for over 8 years.

i wonder if the brake is sticking. i will check. we do get alot of debris on the roads here in the winter time

Does it pop or clunk? Could be bad ball joints as well....

had a similar problem with mine, had to replace the ball joints and the wheel bearing. shocks were toast too as a matter of fact... but the expensive unit was the wheel bearing primarily 'cause my trucks a 3/4 ton.

if you lift your front end off the ground see if you can get any movement outta the wheel (in/out obviously)

i do remember hitting a HUGE pothole about a month ago with my front drivers side tire. would that of caused the problem?

the day after i hit the pothole, there was a guy on the news that night on the side of the road with a blownout tire in the same exact spot i was. i bet he hit the same pothole.

Look as soon as possable. You dont want to be driving and have a ball joint break on you.
