Default found water in the cab!

Hey guys, I was vacuming the inside of the truck out and came across some some wet carpet on the drivers side closest to the door. Never noticed it before because i have rubber floor mats and dont see it and its been raining like crazy the last few days. Just looking to see if you guys have had this problem as well and what you did to fix it.

window seal makes more sense than cancer. Cancer would have to be extreme and it would definitely be prominent from the outside...

yep, there is definently not any rust. I was thinking it was a window seal but wanted a few opinions on what others thought or had happen. My moms 05 2500 HD is leaking now too, but you can see it leaking. Thanks guys

my 2000 rcsb 4.8 had 2 inches of water standing in the floor after a big rain. it was the weather stripping had came off and when i closed the door, it was off. i had to take all the seats, carpet and padding.
