Default Flip down monitor troubles!!

Hey guys,

Just wondering if anybody else has tried taking the rear heat controls and dome light out to put in a flip down monitor. The dome light is in the optimal place, in my opinion, for the monitor to go. Unfortunately, when I take the rear controls off, the rear heat doesn't work. I thought it would work off from the rear controls that are in the front, but I was wrong. Is there a couple wires that I can jump or something to trick the front controller into thinking the rear controller is still there? Thanks for the help. Tim

is better if you just conect it back and hide the controls somewhere else where you have space.

Thanks for the input guys. I had found a guy online that actually took the control board out of the casing making it much smaller to tuck up in the headliner. I just did that and electrical taped the hell out of it so it would make contact with the metal up there. Working good now, unfortunately had the wrong size screws or it would have been up last night. Tonight, the project will be done for sure. On to the next one.
