Default finally swapping a 6.0, cam help

Well after wanting to do a 6.0 swap i finally got a hold of one. I got one out of a 05 Hummer H2 for $1280 with 45k miles.. Is that a good deal? Right now i have a 4.8l in my 03 Silverado with a 222/222 567/567 on a 112 lsa cam and EFIlive tuned. I'm tired of running 16.5 with the listed mods so decided to get the 6.0. What I'm wondering is if i should swap that cam over to the 6L? What springs? Iv'e been running the cam with ls6 yellow springs with no problems.Truck is mostly street driven and goes to the track once in a while. just wanted to know if its worth putting that cam in. Thanks in advance!

The asnwers are; yes, yes and yes. Talk about a match made in Heaven for cam to displacement. The springs are choice, too. Good lookin' truck, BTW.........
