The color matched under hood parts and the polished radix look sweet.

Thanks fella's! I appreciate your pats on the back. I have respect for you guys that "do" trucks and your positive remarks prove to me that I done good.

Not a paint man/body man and don't have a lot of time but I have a friend who is a body man and he taught me some basics so I bought a gun and I have spent quite a bit of weekend time painting "stuff".... mirrors, grill shell, valance, bumper pad, roll pan, all that under the hood stuff.

I never planned for all this to happen. I just bought my first ever new vehicle in 2002 and then decided that it would look better if I took the dealer name tags off the tailgate, and then decided that I'd like it without the side trim and then........

Eventually I got tired of the little voice in my head that was constantly saying "yeah... it's pretty... but it ain't ****.. it's all show and no go".

Took it to a show with about 300 vehicles a few weeks back and was awarded best truck and best interior of all vehicles in the show.... as voted by the other participants. Very gratifying.

Getting ready to do 4" exhaust within the next month or so. That's in the plan of getting ready for the 402 with the new 122 Magnacharger, planning for 650 rwhp minimum, maybe 700 (if it ain't 700 I'll spray it till it is ). Also planning a fabricated housing Ford 9" rear with 4 link suspension in the next 2 years. Prossibly a Coan trans... reverse pattern, manual shift. Just turned over 50,000 miles. Wonder if I'll break it before it get 60?
