Went with a bunch of guys to MMP (Montgomery Motorsports Park) on sat for a Blue Oval/Bowtie shootout. I wasnt completely dissapointed but not completely thrilled at the same time. A buddy brought his weather station and it was reading mid 90's all day with DAs between 2500-2800. Track prep was pretty much non existant as well. Anyway, I bettered my best motor pass(which was done in 40 degree weather in feb) with a 13.80@97 and was only a tenth off my best N2O with a 12.58@107. All of my 60' were in the high 1.8 to mid 1.9. I was also running a little lean on the spray so some more tunning needs to take place there. I also need to get my new intake fabbed up since this was run on a completely stock airbox (no freemods). I am also thinking of changing out my headers to some ASMs since mine are only midlength and 1 5/8" primaries. With all of the above changes and some good weather, I believe I may see and 11 this year.
