I'm not sure what the max power would be on a well built 65e, but I'm planning on putting 500 to the ground through one, and I dont think it will be any problem. Expect to pay anywhere from 1500-3000.

What made you decide to go with them? What was the price of your tranny? Seems FLP is the most expensive, but has quite a rep. Team Tripp seams to be around the least expensive.

For a long time I didnt want to get the trans built out of town, or order one, simply because it would be more convenient to go back to a local shop if anything happened. Not to mension there would be no shipping. After riding in vicred's truck who has the same 65e from Jag, and hearing horror stories about local shops, I decided to just make the 2-3 hour drive and have Joe@Jag install it. Having a shop that specializes in that particular transmission, along with their location is what sold me.

The trans will be close to $2000 and about $600-700 in labor.
