Default Filing an insurance claim

So I dont know much about the rules on filing or rather reporting this so I wanted to see if anyone here was familiar with it.

So I have 2 pretty big spots of damage on my truck. My bumper has a larger crack and is out of line and right behind the driver door is several dents in one small area. They arent that big of a deal but I want to get them fixed before my insurance with my current company is up.

Can I claim this as comprehensive and get them both fixed or is it 2 separate claims?

Oh by the way one is from who knows what, maybe happened in a parking lot and the other is from hitting a dog that got loose.

Here we go. You can see on the left side of the bumper where I hit the dog. Then next to it is where the impact cracked the bumper and now the whole bumper doesn't fit right.

The thing behind the door is hardly noticeable. Looks like it got pushed or something, really weird dent.

It probably would have been best to have filed the claims after the incidents happened. They might question why you waited.

It will be collision, any impact with another object, even a shopping cart is considered a collision, although no fault. With my Ins. AAA there is no time limit. Call your ins. co. and talk to a rep. and ak them.
