will that bed fit a regular cab truck

 

Well if it does, youd have a major gap. You'd have to shorten the frame and everything.

 

It looks like a reg cab long bed frame???

Chevy website isn't updated yet, They don't have the vortec max package in build your own either.

 

that still appears to be a long wheel base

 

that just doesnt look right

 

On the GM Media site it has this:

Reg cab longbed = 133" wheelbase
Ext cab shortbed = 134" wheelbase

So there is an inch difference somewhere.

It also mentions the VortecMax package in a few places...only available on Ext cab & crewcab.

 

so its still a longer wheelbase truck
