Default Extra short bed on ext cab silverado

Since my truck is still in shop from wreck on 9/28 with little word on progress I checked out some new ECSB's at Pete Moore Chevrolet in Pensacola.
I saw a 2006 red Z71 ext cab with the crew cab's bed on it. So basically it was a super short bed, you guys know anything about this puppy? I need a 6 foot bed, so I'm not interested, but some of you go-fast guys might dig it.
Adios

Yeah, its available. I think it is a 5'-8" bed just like the half ton crews. Could be wrong there though. Haven't seen one though.

Personally I thing that the ford and the chevy both look too stubby...kinda looks like one of those toy cars that are made to look all wide and fat...hell maybe even one of those old penny racer toy cars from back in the day.
