Ok so the wife and i are on a search for a new vehicle. So on saturday we went to the yearly car show around here. she really want's a tahoe but i personlly don't think she needs it JUST to drive back and forth to work. i want to get her the equinox. which brings me to a couple of questions...
1. Anybody have one? how do you like it?
2.i noticed that GM is now using e-fans on alot of there vehicles. would the e-fans off of the equinox be a possible use for our trucks without going to the bigger radiator?
3. what are peoples opinions on them.
the dealer said that u can get the equinox with the I-5 or the 3400 V-6, opinions?

We just got a TrailBlazer. I love it, and so does she. It's rather torquey too. It pulled my beater car back from Austin (5 hour trip) fairly well. I would guess it was about a 4000 lb load.
We picked up a used one with 19k miles for 17,600.

I sat in one before they were released at the AutoShow in Motion that GM puts on and I'm 6'4" and had plenty of legroom in both the front and rear of the vehicle. I really like them for some reason, it just has something about it, not sure what that is tho.

The only available engine for the Equinox is the 3.4 (3400) v6. I work for a dealership and they seem to be a nice vehicle. As a matter of fact I have one here in the showroom (leather, sunroof, XM). Best thing is to drive one.
