Default Engine swap 98 tahoe to ls based help please!

My buddys vortec 350 just threw a rod after 260k. He has always wanted more power and loves how my truck runs. I figure to make the swap we would need a computer/ wiring harness, does anyone make a plug and play harness for this application? I figure custom motor mounts and a trans adapter from advance adapter. Other than that is there anything I'm overlooking?

Just buy the conversion mounts, wiring harness, ecm, and fuse box. That will get you started, the factory harness is pretty much plug and play. Just have to run a few wires.

here is a site that will help you out a ton if you decide to tackle the wiring yourself.
