I am looking at the dodge dakotas and i have had my eye on them for a while i want it as a daily driver i find this yellow one with a 2/3 drop full exhaust and ram air hood for 11,000 if ne body has any comments on why i should or shouldnt buy it they would be greatly appreciated

 

They look real good but they get terrible gas mileage. I would drive one if the price was right.

 

Yeah I drove an ext cab 5.9 R/T a long time ago...had some torque but wasn't fast at all. Dodge's old 4 speed auto truck trannies don't last too long...they get hot by the slow *** shifts and get rebuilt in short order.

For $11K you can get a 98-99 Z28 w/ LS1... way better MPG and assloads faster.

 

I already have a camaro ss but i want a daily driver thats what i am looking for

 

If you can get a good deal, get it. I hate to say but they do have potential to be fast.
