ok i have a gmc rcsb 4.8 flowmaster, shackles, stock wheels and tires. my buddy has a toyota tundra 4 door 4.7 stock, and he has a ranchhand bumper with all terrains. who do think will win???

You should win, unless you do something stupid. I ran a tundra with the 5.6 and we were about the same.

what year tundra? If its the old body style then i think you can take him. I raced my buddys 04 extended cab looking one. It was 4wd with the 4.7, intake and exhaust, and i beat him pretty good with just an intake on mine. The new body style tundra got a high output 4.7 that i understand is pretty stout for what it is. I got my *** handed to me by an 07 with the 5.7!

idk, its like a 04 or 05, that body style.

IIRC the 5.7 is basically a fricking ls3 minus a few cubes. it has 380 flywheel hp according to edmunds. older tundras are pretty weak, but the newest one is a beast. it has terrible gas mileage though...
to answer the OP's question, yes you should win.

i raced my buddy in his 06 tundra with a 4.7 and he gave me a good run, actually had me kinda nervous until i got about half way through second
