Shift it manually! You will get better times. I have the same truck, (except 2wd) and it always runs quicker shifted manually.

Do your burnout or whatever and leave it in 1st gear when you stage. Launch and rap it out in 1st, shift it into 2nd and leave it there thru the traps. Don't put it in 3rd unless your bangin off the rev limiter. You might have to practice this a few times, so you can find out when to shift without hitting the rev limiter.

Yeah put it in 4X4 and stall that bad boy up to 2500rpms real quick and you should get a few 0.1 off the 60'. Also manuall shift it around 5700rpms. I think low 16's are possible like that.
