I've had mine for almost 2 years w/no problems. I thought it was leaking the other night but it seems to be fine now. Something might have been lodged in there a bit and was causing it not to seal.

Never had a problem with mine at all for 2 years + opening and closing daily. I'll sure give them the once over though.

I took mine off today and it appears as though the two little screws on the inside of the unit that holds the motor onto the cutout had shaken loose and come out, dropping the motor out of the cutout. I could see what appears to be a small screw inside where the gears are, but I don't know if both of them are in there or if one might have fallen out onto the road. I didn't get a chance to call QTP today because I was kinda busy at work, but I'll give them a call first chance I get and see if they can get me going again.

I'll have to make me a temporary plate to cover the hole while the cutout is shipped back to the company, so it will be this weekend before I can remove the unit for shipping.
