I just played around on Wallace Racing's HP and ET calculator. My current setup in a 4000 pound vehicle would run high 10's, according to the calculator.

They're too expensive just go get the 5.3. For that money, you can get a Silverado with the same engine. Why would you get an inferior truck for the same price?
I had an extended cab 2007 Colorado. I liked it for a small truck, but I bought a Silverado because I wanted a real motor in my truck. I was going to just get a 5.3 Colorado but they are just too much money.
