I decide I need to cruise into town today. So I got my windows down radio loud...not real loud...I turn onto the highway and give it enough gas to accelerate quickly, but not too quickly...the speed limit is 45. Anyways, there is a motorcycle cop parked and he's standing by the road with his radar, flags me over and I'm thinking WTF! What did I do? I just got on the road. He tells me when I ask that he needs to check my tint. First off I'm thinking how does he stop me for that when my windows are down??? He makes me roll up my window for him to check...it's 13 and the limit is 40. So he takes my info and walks over to his bike...I'm sitting there still trying to figure out why he would stop me to check my tint when my windows were down. When he comes back I ask him why he picked me to stop and he says I was doing 47 in a 45 and that he was going to check everything on my truck anyways...but only checked the tint. He gives me the illegal tint ticket and says it's $130 fine when I ask. BTW, he was parked LESS than 80 yards from where I pulled onto the road so I don't think I could have been doing 47 unless I was all the way in the throttle.

Anybody know if he can pull me over for a random check? Since he told me he pulled me over to check my tint then later told me I was supposedly doing 47 in a 45, could I get out of it...since he made me roll up my window?
Ascension Parish deputies are getting more corrupt by the day.

whew glad i did not run into one of them when i was going to thunder. I have always heard the popos in lou were corrupt and harsh on (out of towners) but doing it to there own. sux dude makes you want to......

Should of been like my windows are broken dont roll up. But seriously not going to start this should of done stuff because it is bull sh*t. Every one says should of this, that then would of not done it them selfs.
