Control Arms or Spindles for a 4/6 drop?

Control Arms or Spindles for a 4/6 drop?
Alright im getting ready to order a drop kit from DJM but cant decide if to go with the Control Arm kit or the Spindle kit. What are the advantages one over the other? Also any suggestions on what shocks to run? Also im going to be switching from 15s 454ss wheels to 20 Camaro ss wheels back and forth. Any help would be very appreciated!
