Default Contacting Speed Engineering

I've placed an order this past Monday with them and haven't heard anything from them about shipment.

I did however receive the confirmation email that the order has been placed, but when I search the status of the order, the order number I was given cannot be found.

I sent an email via their 'contact us' page on their site this morning in hopes of getting in touch with someone, but still no cigar..

My question is, what's the best way of getting a hold of someone there via email or phone? I could not for the life of me find a number on their site either. I know Sean is on the forums here, but I'm not familiar with his nickname and who knows how often he checks his pm's, if he uses them at all.

Any help would be appreciated.. I have my lt headers coming Friday and was hoping to have had the exhaust I ordered from speed-eng by then as well. Might not be the case now..

That's shitty, seeing as how they are a sponsor here.. I've heard bad things in the past, but they were the cheapest around on the corsa exhausts.

I'll call my bank and tell them to not let the transaction go through if i don't hear from them or see anything being done by Friday.

Not a big deal, I'll just be running with open headers for the time being.. niiiice.

Yup I went to order an ORY from them last week and needed it quick. They don't have a phone number ANYWHERE. I ended up paying about $20 extra from another place just because they seemed more orderly and they actually had a phone order setup

Yea I didn't have any problems with emailing, but it's a bit silly that they don't have a phone number to call. I'll never do business with a company like that. It just seems too unorganized for one reason or another.

Oh and for the record Texas Speed got my money. They got it to my house in 2 days too

I ordered my lt's from texas-speed, as I've always ordered my parts from them.. But, like I said, speed-eng was the cheapest on corsa exhausts so I figured I'd try them out for once..

Anyone have Seans nickname on here so I can attempt to get a hold of him through this forum..

Thanks for the responses.
