Centerlines

Im thinking of buying some centerline stingray III's. Can you please post up your feed back about these wheels. The load capacity is 2200lbs. Do the rims stay true and how durable is the polished finished. Any advice would be great thanks!

I have em, and really like em. They're about the lightest wheels out there. My only complaint, if you could call it that, is that the sides of the spokes aren't finish polished. You really can't see it, but I can see it, and it bugs me. I'm either going to finish them myself, or send them out to get the whole spoke polished. They're fairly easy to keep clean, because the spokes are flat, and don't have any fancy ribs, or anything like that. Good choice!

I see you live in PA - do you drive them in the winter and do you think the 20inch wheels will slow me down in the quarter. Since they are light maybe it is OK. The other option is to get the 18in wheels.

I have the 18's, and did the Zoops coating when I first got them, but I don't use em in winter. I have been using my factory wheels for winter driving, but this year I got some Silvy SS 20's. The Centerlines are MUCH lighter than the stock SS 20's, That's for sure!! If you're looking for a light wheel, the Centerline is one of the lightest. I'm not sure how much difference that would make at the track, but every little bit helps!

I don't have that style but I have centerlines, I can say that I have beat on them pretty good, donuts and all and they still are perfect.. So they are def a strong wheel, I would be worried about the structrule integ of them..

I love mine. I've had them over three years now and when they are polished up they look brand new. Get ready to polish them though. Invest in a Mother's powerball. I do not run them in winter, I'm sure one blast of salt would ruin them quick. They are pretty strong too. I once nailed a huge pothols in a highway doing 60 mph and I though for sure I bent it. When I got out and checked, nothing at all.
