WTF is up with them .... I swear they get paid by the manufacturers. A couple of shows ago I was watching a truck shootout they had going on. They rated all the trucks, Chevy at the bottom, and everything else they had good things to say about. They said somehting along the lines of overall, the Ford wins, but there isn't anything it does good. The way I translated it was, the Ford wins, but it sucks.

They were just doing top dogs or something like that. They said the Ford takes the truck class, but it doesn't do anything just great, but it's available with 3 different bed sizes, choice of v8's and choiuce of interior. Excuse my ignorance, but so is Dodge and GM trucks.

 

It was Ford's turn,the picked Dodge the year before and Chevy before that.It's called a big advertising buyer just released a new truck and Car and Driver wants their share of the money.

 

The only vehicles that they choose as winners on a regular basis is BMW. Everything else is pretty much related to which vehicle is the newest model. It's all kind of

 

Whoever has the most recent body style out wins. All they care about is the newest toy with the most gadgets on it.

 

What really got me abotu that truck shootout was that they said The Ford takes the title, but it really wasn't all that good. It was something very close to that. I took it as they really wanted to say The ford wins, but it sucked.

 

They seem like a bunch of chicks picking out a car or truck, oooooh I like that feature,,ohhhhh that looks nice lmao! They never pick the one I think is the best! At least they didn't pick the foreign truck as the best (that is what I expected them to do).
