Default Can't find fuel filter on 04 Silverado

I have a 99 and an 04 Silverado. I've been changing the fuel filter on the 99 for years so I jacked up the truck to install a new fuel filter on my 04 and it wasn't there on the inside of the drivers side frame rail. Where the heck did they hide the thing on the 04 Silverado?

It's in the tank. It's a non serviceable item, now that the trucks went to a returnless system.

I'm told it's like the common Dodge p/u fuel filter. That means it's an integral part of the fuel pressure regulator. Some are only available as part of the pump itself.
