Default Can tech2 program speedometer gauge difference

Can the tech2 at the gm dealership program the speedometer chip? I used the circuit board from my 2000 silverado in an escalade cluster I bought that ended up being bad. Well my silverado had a 100mph speedo. The escalade is 120mph. Can they program my silverado board to be 120mph?

Thanks in advance

To my knowledge it should be plug and play and should not need any adjustments I though. Everything I have read is just plug it in and go.

Is it reading incorrectly? Have you checked it with GPS?

It's plug and play if you still have the escalade circuit board. I used the one out of my silverado cluster since the escalade one was messed up and I could keep odometer accuracy. Yes I've verified it by gps. It's definitely off.

I would send it to a Gauge shop that specializes in that. My understanding is that program it and then use a different software to modify the code.

Every dealer I asked around here says they just have a Speed-O-Shop do it.
