Can someone resize a pic for sig specs?

Still after all these years I have not learned how to resize a pic to fit in a sig. I'd like to use these pics side by side, if someone could shrink them I'll gladly save it to my photobucket account.

Cuz they are lol. I even cropped them first, to take away some of the size, then resized them to the max allowed.. It's just the way it does it on photobucket. Dunno if photshop would do it or not..
