Default brake bleeding

I've never worked on an abs truck;is the bleeding procedure different? I'd like to change my brake fluid.

Same procedure, be sure not to let the reservoir run dry as I believe that it requires a TechII to bleed the actuator though.

yep you are correct. They would need to command the valves in the abs module to open and its a pita. Just keep the resvoir full and your set

i bought some 1 man bleeder nipple things from autozone. They have a built in valve that allows you to pump the brakes and let the air out without letting any air back in. They were in the "HELP!" section at Autozone, must say "built-in valve" in the package. They arent the exact same thread size but once you start turning them in, the hole will rethread itself so use caution and turn slowly.

I have a vacuum pump kit that can be used for bleeding;I was thinking of trying that rather than getting a second person. I'll still have to monitor the MC level, though. I might look at what you mentioned from Help, also.
