This body style is very hard to beat. Before i found my 99 GMC NBS i was about to the point of doing a 5.3 swap on the 83 and keeping it. Cant afford both now so the 83 has to go.

Thanks everybody. I agree chevelle, that body style still looks good today. I've also contemplated swapping a 5.3L into the 86 but the 350 in it is still pretty darn strong.

Nice! The 73-87 trucks are really starting to come into their own. I'd love to do a 2wd Blazer in that body style.
