On my 01 whenever I move the air temperature gauge from all the way cold, it immediately switches to heat and will not blow cold again until the truck has been turned off for a while.

I've tried resetting the actuators with no luck. So I am guessing they need replacing. My question is which one controls switching from hot to cold? Rockauto lists three..an upper, a bottom, and a mode one.
