Default Best place to buy replacement body parts?

I got in a little fender bender recently trying to drive the truck in the rain and need to replace the bumper. I am wanting to use this as an opportunity to upgrade to the 01-02 HD grill and bumper cap. Using car-part.com, I cant find any HD parts at local yards. LMC Truck has decent prices but they really get you on the 'oversized part' charges. Best prices I have found are at carpartswholesale.com but I am unfamiliar with the Replacement brand parts. OE GM parts even from the "discount" sites are close to a grand so I likely won't go that route. Any of you guys have recommendations for good body parts at good prices?

Try LKQ, they show to have some aftermarket stuff and have a location close to you

Honestly, I would only put OEM back on the truck. Aftermarket stuff fits like total ****.

Go to your local salvage yard and have them do a search for you, I've gotten lucky that way, or try CL.

Thanks for the heads up on aftermarket stuff. I figured a stamped steel or molded plastic piece was pretty even across the board. :dunno: So even the CAPA certified aftermarket repros are garbage? I figured that was just a way to get more money for the same part.

My Z71 front valence and top bumper cap are from" KEY parts " and fit perfect and priced great. The salvage yards deal in this brand. I def. reccomend them.
