Just seeing yalls thoughts. I have a 2006 5.3 2wd ecsb with 3.73 rear, im getting a low front mount trick performance kit here real soon and will be pushing 6psi. Well i got a coworker that has a 2006 silverado ss with a magnacharger stock pulley stock rest of truck. We are gonna run our trucks once im done. What do yall think the outcome will be?

If SS is AWD. I'd say SS is winner

 

ss is 2wd... other than fuel support i will be stock. Cam, 4l80e, and more boost to come later.

 

i would say get a boost controlller and if you start to loose crank that bitch up

hah well if i had the money to replace trans right away that may be a good idea lol... Maybe i could borrow some nitrous from a coworker's busa... im hoping we will at least be some what even, i dont really think either one of us will walk away from the other..

 

it would be close...wut trans does he have?....i would think he would have a few more ponies due to larger engine size...plus he would have better torque off the line with the blower(only if he doesnt spin)...heck run them and post the results...even better get a video of it.

 

Im not even sure what the ss comes with stock... dont worry will have video when it does happen
