Lightbulb back to the subject of denali racing...

u guys told me not to do the nuetral drop, so i was thinking today.... what would happen if i pulled the e-brake, reved it up, then dropped it?

it would give the same effect as holding the brake pedel and stalling it up. although It might not hold the power the way the brake pedal would.

i thought that it wouldnt stall if i wasnt holding the pedal
what i mean is can u go past 2k with the e-brake on and no pedal?

i dont think the ebrake is gonna be able to hold the truck stationary. you'll probaly mess it up and cause the ebrake to not want to release, resulting in the brake rubbing on the inside of the rotor and then it would start to squeel, and then 400 dollars later you would have it fixed with a new rotor and new brake pads. not that i have driven with the E-brake engaged or nothin.......atleast not very far anyways

nah havnt raced em yet... should get to this week though.

ill just have to go out and try it if no one knows. i wouldnt think the truck would move if its awd, i know 2wd it probably would

If you put the e-brake on you will probably roll forward and wear out the e-brake shoes.
