Which transmission would you prefer and why?

 

Auto for my truck, stick for my sports car (not a daily driver).

Sticks are more fun - you get control over gear and speed - but they get old driving day in and day out, especially with a competition clutch in traffic. Best for a second vehicle and weekend driver.

I love my M6 around town, but for the strip i like an auto with a good stall.

Autos are more consistant, and easier to dial in IMO. But for street racing a manual rocks.

 

I've had a 2000 TA 6 speed and now my camaro, and I like the auto better

 

I prefer autos for my daily driver it's easer to do think like eat talk on my cell phone. They're grate for mudden and consistent for drag racing. But when its time to act like a moron sticks are a blast.
