Has anyone had any experience with this guage? Sounds like it would be fun to have but I wonder if it really provides usuable information. Comments?
Thanks, Jim

But.... if one has a laptop and the HP or EFLive (sp?) cables then are these functions duplicated? Hmmm. Maybe not.... as the computer would have to be hooked up to get readings and make changes while this guage(s) would have the infomation available anywhere anytime.

It's clear that the Interceptor guage from Aerospacetech.com is superior to the D Pic.
I've been considering the Dynojet WBC air/fuel guage. Being as yet pretty uneducated about the electronic engine management terminology I'm unclear about a couple things here.
Do I need the Dynojet WBC or would the Aerospacetech Interceptor do the job of the WBC and a couple of other guages.... like the boost for instance? I've emailed Aerospace Tech with the same question but I'm wondering what you folks say.

I think I answered my own question. I don't think the Interceptor has an o2 guage and it's the high quality o2 guage in the WBC that makes it highly effective and expensive. I need both the Interceptor and the WBC (if I want lots of quality information) ... and maybe the D Pic also, since it provides other info. The Interceptor guage has provisions for boost so I can drop the seperate boost guage. I suppose the expense will be worth it in the long run but it's a bit of a hit to see that I'll likely be putting almost $800 to $900, maybe $1k, into guages! Then gotta get the tuner to put the information into use.
Right? I'll tell ya...... this new-fangled high tech engine management stuff is a lot for this brain to digest and get straight ...... but.... little by little, with your help, I'm getting there.
I really appreciate your patience and willingness to educate me.
