Believe me, I wish I had a blower. Looking at options for that right now.
I will do a stock air box vs Vara-Ram box dyno run when I get a blower installed.

Patrick over at Vara-Ram sent me the first production copy of the latest version of the King Cobra. You will have to read GMHTP for the info, but I just wanted to keep you truck guys in on the action. Vara-Ram makes some pretty big claims, so I will let you know what I find out.

The Vararam KC has been tested already, and is now available in the classified sections of silveradoss.com, fsc.com, etc...

At the same time vendors who were quick to point out the 1 second reduction in 0-60 have totally walked away from this thing.

It seems like GM did a pretty good job with their intake design.

I am looking forward to tuning the truck but I need to get all the bolt-ons on first and then I am going to have a tuning session. Ideally I would tune after each new part, but I just don't have the time. As it is this truck is turning into a dyno pig.

I imagine as power levels increase the need for a transmission article will come soon.
