Im having an issue with the pipe rubbing the idler pulley though, think I may be able to solve it by running a bead of silicon around inside the elbow and pulling the tube in tight to hold it. Input on how anyone else solved this is very welcome haha.

I used 4"-4" elbow, 4"-3.75" reducer, 10mm vacuum hose, 1/4"NPT x 3/8th barbed brass fitting, couple .5" clamps, one 3.75" clamp, one 4" clamp and need two more 4.5" clamps.
FYI, I got a lean code today, turns out my 10mm vacuum hose failed and was sucking in unmetered air. Just an heads up to anyone that does this...
